Our founder, Anouk, has build the international customer service department for Bloomon in 5 countries. With the blueprint in place in the Netherlands, it was possible for Bloomon to scale up in different countries adjusting to cultural and operational differences per country. The extensive creation of the department contained IT infrastructure, mapping processes, setting up guidelines and creating a candidate profile, the recruitment process and onboarding period.
