Not afraid to break with tradition, Fest challenges the status quo in their industry. They dare to dream big and to do things differently. Their customers are at the core of everything they do.

Fest is growing rapidly and taking over the design furniture industry online and with stores in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Ghent and Antwerp. Exponential growth inevitably leads to operational challenges that also affect customers. Fest's owner Femke reached out to us to see whether we could help them with the operational challenges they were facing. What started out with a small short-term consultancy project, evolved in a long term strategy project where we redesigned the entire service department, IT landscape and operational structure regarding customer experience. Once the strategy project was finished, our crew was well involved in assisting the team until it was ready to stand on its own feet.
