In 2009, Guillaume Philibert wanted to design a premium sneaker at a fair price point. This led to the birth of the Low Top. The first shoe to bridge the gap between streetwear and high fashion. Throughout the last years we've been working together.
We've been working with Filling Pieces since 2017 and it's safe to say that Filling Pieces is one of our most appreciated clients. We've worked with them on several projects such as; strategy consultancy, team workshops, customer service management coaching and audits. We've build a great partnership in which we do our best to match the needs of Filling Pieces every time they move to another step in they journey.
Lately, we started with the full outsourcing of Filling Pieces' service department in close collaboration with their warehouse. This means that we are fully responsible for Filling Pieces' email, phone, chat and social support. Furthermore, we are constantly evaluating customer needs and monitoring customer satisfaction. Together we've created a partnership in which we learn from each other and grow together.
