Mr Marvis shorts & trousers combine the ultimate fit with iconic style. Since 2016 Mr Marvis has been paving the ways to create the perfect man shorts. Since then, they've expanded their collection with swimwear, 'longs' and sweatpants.
After taking over the Dutch market, Mr Marvis was ready to expand internationally. Mr Marvis reached out to us when their customer experience team was relatively young and small. Their customer service manager was eager to learn and ready to take the team to another level. With our expertise we coached their customer service manager throughout the entire summer. We shared our best practices, changed some workflows and policies and trained the entire team during a work shop.
A few months later, when Mr Marvis was ready to take over the German market we helped them by providing a trained German customer service agent, which is still onboard to help them in their German adventure.
