Founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973, Patagonia is an American clothing company that markets and sells outdoor clothing. The first store opened in 1973 in Ventura, selling bespoke mountain climbing gear before expanding its production line.
Patagonia has additionally been involved in a number of environmental and political activist campaigns, including 1% of its total sales to environmental groups and 100% of sales from Black Friday to environmental organizations.
We've been working together with Patagonia since the beginnen of 2020, where the organization faced challenging times during the pandemic. We first assisted them with a consultancy project where we restructured their customer service department. Once the department was restructured, we recruited all team leads on the right positions. In the last 1,5 years we've been support Patagonia with peak support during their winter season. We have a few of our skilled team members working in Patagonia's service team to assist them in their seasonal peaks.
