Customer Service Specialist (German speakers) Full Time

We like to keep things simple and clear

  • German and or Dutch speakers, French is a big plus;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Agent, preferably in e-commerce;
  • You graduated not longer than 5 years ago;
  • A real team player, the greatest results come from bringing talented people together;
  • Eager to learn something new every day;
  • Super customer friendly;
  • Extremely passionate about at least one thing in life;
  • Available 40 hours per week between 09:00 and 17:30;
  • A fun person to be around.

  • In this role you will assist the customers of our clients via email, phone, chat and Whatsapp;
  • You will work between 09:00 tot 17:30 on a daily basis;
  • You handle administrative tasks related to customer service;
  • You will be a part of daily process improvement by providing feedback and taking initiative in innovative solutions.
