Growing Together: When Our Team Becomes Part of Yours

At Stone & Bridges, we often say: every quarter we "lose" employees… but only because they join our clients. And that is exactly the intention!

In addition to full outsourcing of customer service and customer care, we also provide support through peak coverage and temporary placements. Whether it’s due to illness, leave, or simply busy periods. Our team members step in, work on location in Amsterdam or beyond, get to know the brands from the inside out, and grow in their roles. Sometimes, the match is so good that they don’t want to leave.

When that happens, a conscious choice is made by both sides.

This quarter, we say farewell to two of our valued colleagues: Michael and Isabelle. Michael is taking his next step at Urban Arrow, while Isabelle continues her journey at Studio Anneloes (B Corp™). Both began their careers through Stone & Bridges, both developed their skills in customer service and support, and now both have secured a permanent role within the client’s team.

We find this genuinely rewarding. For us, it’s proof that our approach to outsourcing, customer care, and flexible solutions is about more than just filling a need! It’s about fostering growth, building strong connections, and solving long-term challenges for the brands we support.
